Cord blood banking is intended to help protect the future health of families. Our pricing reflects CordBancUSA’s commitment to making state-of-the-art cord blood banking accessible to even more families.

After you choose your plan and enroll with CordBancUSA^TM, we will ship your collection kit to you. At the time of enrollment, a $150 non-refundable fee will be charged to your credit or debit card for the kit. After your baby's cord blood has been successfully processed and stored, the balance of your fees will automatically be billed to your credit or debit card.

Whatever plan you choose, pricing includes the kit, processing, shipping costs and infectious disease testing. A $150 annual storage fee will be billed automatically to your credit or debit card according to the fee schedule for the plan you have chosen.

CordBancUSA Pricing Plans

Plan A:	$1395	Initial fee. Includes kit, processing, shipping costs, and infectious disease testing. The annual storage fee is $150, effective at the end of the first year of storage. Total first year cost of $1395.00.
Plan B:	$350	Initial fee, plus $96.50 per month for the first 12 months. Includes kit, processing, shipping costs, and infectious disease testing. The annual storage fee is $150, effective at the end of the first year of storage. Total first year cost of $1508.00.
Plan C:	$350	Initial fee, plus $62.50 per month for the first 24 months. Includes kit, processing, shipping costs, and infectious disease testing. The annual storage fee is $150, effective at the end of the second year of storage. Total two year cost of $1850.00.
Plan D:	$2195	One-time fee. Includes 18 years of storage, kit, processing, shipping costs, and infectious disease testing. You save $1800.
