Prior to founding CordBancUSA, Mr. Hayner served for 15 years as CEO of Carmel Applied Technologies, Inc., a respected flight simulation database company. His groundbreaking work in flight simulation technology has led to innovations that have changed government and industry practices and saved tens of millions of tax dollars. He retired as Lieutenant Colonel in the Aviation branch of the U.S. Army. His numerous military honors include two Silver Stars and three Distinguished Flying Crosses.

Wayne Mosher joined CordBancUSA and BioBancUSA after a distinguished 30-year career as an operational and financial executive managing research and development activities for the Department of Defense and NASA.

Mr. Mosher holds an MBA from Golden Gate University and conducted postgraduate work in economics at George Washington University. He also serves on the BioBancUSA Board of Directors.
